Please state the date and time of the performance and number and price of ticket you require. Please include your name, address, telephone number and stamped SAE. Cheques should be made payable to Halton Borough Council.

Concessionary tickets are available for many of our shows and apply to senior citizens, unemployed, disabled people and their carers, young people under 16 and full-time students and families. Please also note that tickets must be purchased for children aged two and over for on all shows.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and visits to the venue:

• It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) at the time of purchase, or on arrival (by post).
• Every audience member aged two or over, must be in possession of a valid ticket.
• Only wheelchairs with an allocated wheelchair space are permitted into the Theatre and Studio. All wheelchair spaces must be booked through the Box Office only.
• Tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance, when the face value of the ticket and booking fee will be refunded.
• A £2 per ticket booking fee will be added to all transactions capped at 5 tickets.
• There is a £2 per ticket charge for Lost and Reprinted tickets.
• We do not offer a ticket resale service.
• At the Manager’s discretion, we may provide an exchange service up to 24 hours before the performance start time. New booking fees will apply.
• Latecomers may be required to wait for a suitable interval for admittance.
• Please switch off all mobile phones and electronic devices before attending a performance.
• Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted within the Theatre and Studio unless permission is given by the Duty Manager.
• Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the venue. Hot drinks are not permitted into the Theatre or Studio.
• The management reserves the right to alter the programme and cast, where such alterations are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission and accept no responsibility for personal property.
• We reserve the right to introduce special offers and discounts without notice. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Tickets can be reserved for up to 7 days through the Box Office.
• Walking Frames must be left at the rear of the Theatre and Studio with a steward.
• Crutches are permitted within the Theatre and Studio.
• Pushchairs and Baby Carriers are not permitted into the Theatre or Studio.
• Car booster seats with their backs removed are permitted within the Theatre and Studio.
• Smoking and the use of E cigarettes is not permitted anywhere within the venue.
• Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult after 6pm.
• Bag searches are a condition of entry to the venue.
