Weekly Classes

Regular weekly workshops for children, young people and adults. All our regular workshops cost £4 per session. Pay at the venue.

For Families

Celebrate Me – Saturday March 18th, 10.30am – 1.30pm. Free to attend.

Join us to celebrate the lives of people with Down Syndrome. As we approach World Down Syndrome Awareness Day on the 21st March, Positive You’s Leah Jones will be leading a drop in workshop where you are invited to create your own celebratory bunting as part of a unique arts display. Positive You is creative training which aims to transform attitudes and promote positivity about learning disability.

Fit to Dance – Designed for the over 50s, these friendly classes are a great way to get fit, have fun and meet new people.

The Big Sing – Would you like to sing for fun, make new friends and enjoy a social evening with no pressure to perform? If you’ve always wanted to give singing a try but not sure if you can, why not come and join us for a fun and friendly singing experience? All adults welcome.

Vocalise – Come and join other children and young people in learning to sing, perform and record. The atmosphere is friendly and fun and you’ll gain the confidence and ability to sing solos, duets or as part of a group

Tiny Theatre – A fun introduction to drama skills and performance, giving little ones the chance to express themselves, and gain confidence and communication skills. For 4 – 7 years.

Exploring Performance – For all adults who love drama, theatre and poetry and would like to explore performance. Explore scripts and bring characters to life. From Shakespeare to Tennessee Williams, Harold Pinter to Steven Berkoff you will explore playwrights and performance techniques including farce and melodrama, physical theatre and music hall. For more information contact Jayne Eley on 07582 677 670
